Certainly the staff is the best asset of the Aloft Schumman, enthusiastic, warm and welcoming. The location is exceptional having both train a metro station close, you can go directly to anywhere. There are restaurants and supermarket walking distance. Facilities are good, we understood that the hotel is trying to reduce consumption to be environmentally friendly and consider it a good practice.

The hotel is nice, the room was very spatious and comfortable. The staff is nice. The location was great for my needs. There is a restaurant / bar adjacent to the hotel, that is very nice and very convenient.

First stay at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and well equipped. The AC did not work properly but in March it was not really needed. Bed quite firm which suited me well. Nice little shop in the reception with light meals, coffee and snacks. Perfect location for my needs.

We stayed only 1 night but liked a lot. The atmosphere of the place is good, it's relax and gives you impression of comfy place (more then in regular hotel, despite being a hotel). The rooms were good size, well equipped and tidy. The staff was very friendly and communication was always very good and prompt (emails before). The hotel is located close to EU parlament, side from the park and in walking distance to city-center (15-20 min). The breakfast was excellent, a lot of nice healthy tasty choice (...despite coffee:-)))

What I liked best about Aloft Brussels Schuman was that room was QUIET, there were FOUR pillows, there were several hangers for my clothing. There was a long desk that also allowed me to set my luggage on top. There was a REFRIGERATOR (very important). There was a safe, though I did not use it. The shower had shampoo and conditioner, which was great. The shower gel bottle was empty, but bar soap was provided. The staff was terrific--they called to reserve a taxi for me and he was on time and professional. The bolsters on the bed were colorful and fun, like the chair with the striped pillow. And the art on the wall was a really nice touch.

the hotel was extraordinary from a design perspective. the room was really neat and clean and looked exactly like in the picture. there were toillateries provided, tea and coffee, water, which made the difference to be honest. a very big room also I would say. the breakfast was also sufficient and I did apprecciate the non diary and non gluten options.

The rooms and the lobby are very nicely designed, I really loved the atmosphere and can only imagine what it would be like if the bar was also open.

This hotel makes for a great business hotel with the added bonus that it has electric car charging in it's own garage. It's not optimized for traveling with someone else. The bathroom is not completely separate - a door would have been nice - and our room had a bed with a single large blanket. The aircon works well and on our floor with the window closed, it was relatively quiet.
